Every month, we will focus on one specific topic to support you and your expansion in different areas of your life. It can be everything from money and relationships, to setting boundaries and what real self love actually is. All themes will be related to the nervous system, and rooted in science.

As a member, you will have the opportunity to share what you want support with. The monthly themes will then be shaped based on what feels most relevant inside the community.

Every month, we will meet live on Zoom for a teaching call based on the monthly theme. This is where we go deeper into the topic, through the lens of the nervous system. 

The calls will be recorded, so you can always go back and watch the replay and integrate at your own pace.

Get the support and clarity you need with our monthly Questions & Co-regulation live calls. Each month, you will have the chance to ask your questions to get personal support from Sofie. 

All questions will be submitted before the call, to make sure you get your questions answered even if you can't join live. Sofie will then go thought the questions and group them together for the call.

We will have two live calls per month:

➜ Q&A Calls: Third Tuesday of each month, at 18:00-19:30 CET.

The calls will be recorded and uploaded inside the portal within 24 hours, so you can always go back and watch the replay and integrate at your own pace.

If you choose the monthly membership, you can cancel anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

If you choose a 6-month or 12-month plan, you are committing to the full period. This means:

• You cannot cancel or stop payments before the full term is completed.
• Your membership will remain active for the entire 6 or 12 months.
• If you choose one of the payment plans, the payments will continue until your plan is fully completed.

If you choose to cancel your membership, your access will continue until the end of your committed period.
